This time, I made a dessert that combines pudding and castella. Mascarpone has been added to the finished castella and topped with espresso. It’s my favorite flavor.

45g sugar
45g flour
15g milk
15 g butter
♥ Recipe
1. Pour 160 degrees hot water into the pot and bake for 40 minutes.
2. Add boiling water. If you pick up the castella while it’s hot, it won’t wilt. Be careful because the glass is hot. Refrigerate once cool down to room temperature.
3. Pour espresso over the castella. Of course, this is delicious even without the espresso.
