Ingredients (5 pieces)
Muffin cups can be used (fill only 60% when using muffin cups)
100g sugar, 2g salt
cake flour 90g , baking powder 3g
90g melted butter
Salt for pretzels (can be substituted with regular salt or omitted)
1. eggs 2, lightly mix, vanilla extract, 100g sugar, 2g salt, 4-5 minutes . High-speed mixing -> 30 seconds Low-speed mixing.
2. 90g cake flour , 3g baking powder . Add some dough to 90g melted butter and mix. Mix quickly (never mix too much).
3. Fill only 80% of the mold. Salt for Chocolate Chip. Pretzels (optional). Bake in a preheated oven 160 °C (320 °F) to 170 °C (338 °F) / 15-18 minutes.
