Grilled Pocket Bread Recipe | Easy Breakfast, whole wheat Flatbread

Whole wheat in bread might help me lose weight. Even if you just eat the bread, it’s really delicious. It is good to dip in curry or soup. Transfer the remaining bread to a ziplock bag. If you put it in the freezer and take it out one by one, it’s like just baked.

📢 Ingredients

100g whole wheat flour

100g all-purpose flour

2g yeast

1g salt

125g water

1 chicken breast

1 tsp garlic powder (minced garlic if you don’t have it)

0.5 tsp red pepper powder

0.5 tsp salt


olive oil

80g yogurt 80g

50g mayonnaise

1 tbsp lemon juice

1 tbsp honey

pinch of salt

📢 Recipe

1. 100g whole wheat flour, 100g all-purpose flour, 1g salt, 2g yeast mix, 125g water. Mix well so that no powder is visible. Knead by hand for 10 minutes. Cover with plastic wrap and ferment in a warm place to double in size (about 1 hour).

2. Chicken breast, will cut it into cubes, 1 tsp garlic powder, 0.5 tsp red pepper powder, 0.5 tsp salt, pepper, olive oil. After mixing well, leave for 30 minutes.

3. 1 hour later, let the air out, 5 equal parts, make it round. Cover with plastic wrap and leave for 10 minutes. 10 minutes later, sprinkle flour on the cutting board and on the dough.

4. Flatten it into an oval shape. Preheat the pan sufficiently over medium-high heat. Put the dough on the pan (medium-low heat). When bubbles rise, turn it over.
