Roast chicken legs Try this. It’s just as delicious as buying it. Eating only chicken legs makes me feel sad, so I baked potatoes together and it was so delicious. Great for a delicious dinner.

300g, 5 Boneless chicken (on the small side)
Salt
Black pepper
1g (1tsp) Oregano
15g (1.5Tbsp) Wheat flour, cornstarch available
24g (3Tbsp) Cooking oil
20g (1Tbsp) Unsalted butter
300g, 2 Potatoes (small)
170g, 1 Onion
170g, Half a carrot
14g (1Tbsp) Chopped garlic
Salt
Black pepper

36g (2.5Tbsp) Honey
14g (1Tbsp) Honey mustard
70g (4Tbsp) Sweet chili sauce
24g (3Tbsp) Soy sauce
8g (1Tbsp) Lemon juice
✤ Tips
– The sauce is the amount you can eat up to 500~600g of chicken thigh meat.
– Do not bake too closely in the pan as you will bake it once more in the orb.
– If you don’t have an oven, you can bake it in a pan and eat it with sauce.
– You can also do it in an air fryer.

1. 5 Boneless chicken legs, 300g, salt, black pepper, 1g (1tsp) Oregano. Spread the seasoning evenly. Turn over and season the same, salt, black pepper, oregano. Then spread the seasoning evenly. Marinate for 10 minutes in the refrigerator.
2. 300g, 2 Potatoes, cut the potatoes into squares, 170g Half a carrot. Cut the carrots into the same size as the potatoes, 170g , 1 Onion. Chop the onion finely, 36g (2.5Tbsp) Honey, 8g (1Tbsp) Lemon juice, 24g (3Tbsp) Soy sauce, 14g (1Tbsp) Honey mustard, 70g (4Tbsp). Sweet chili sauce.
3. Mix the ingredients well and bring to a boil, when it boils, boil for 1 minute more and turn off the heat. Sauce complete.
4. Chicken leg comeback, 15g (1.5Tbsp) Wheat flour. If you apply flour like this, it catches the smell and tastes better. Turn over and apply evenly on the back side. If you can’t eat wheat, cornstarch is okay too. You don’t need to do much, 24g (3Tbsp) Cooking oil, 20g (1Tbsp), Unsalted butter. Fry the chicken over low heat, turn over when browned. The oil will splatter, so close the lid. It’s fried all the way to the back.
5. After putting the chicken in the pan for a while, add the onion to the pan in which the chicken was cooked and fry. Add carrots and potatoes. After seasoning with salt, stir and mix. Cover and cook. Turn once in between to cook evenly. 14g (1Tbsp) Chopped garlic, add chopped garlic 1-2 minutes before turning off the heat and mix.
6. Make sure it is cooked, taste it, then. If bland, add more salt. Butter and chicken taste well together, so it’s delicious to eat this alone. Potatoes and carrots served with chicken. Drizzle the chicken with a tablespoon of the sauce. Transfer to an oven preheated to 200°C (392°F).
7. Bake at 200℃(392℉) for 25-30 minutes (depending on oven specifications). Sprinkle some pepper on the potatoes. Sprinkle with parsley.
