📢 Recipe

1. 1 egg, 25 grams (2 tablespoons) of sugar, 145 grams (0.6 cups) milk, 3 grams (1 teaspoon) yeast. Mix well, 300 grams (2 cups) bread flour/wheat flour, 3 grams (1/2 teaspoon) salt. Mix into dough. Knead the dough with your hands, it does not need to be smooth, it can be a dough. Cover the dough and let it rest for about 20 minutes.

2. After 20 minutes, the dough is ready. Take out the dough and put it on a mat and spread it out, 30 grams (2 tablespoons) unsalted butter. Wrap the butter in the dough and knead the butter into the dough. Continue to knead the dough smoothly. Knead the dough smoothly and then round it up. Put the dough in a bowl, cover it and let it rise for about 1 hour.

3. After 1 hour, take out the fermented dough. Deflate the dough. Sprinkle some flour to prevent sticking, then roll out the dough into a large sheet. Sprinkle some cooking oil on the surface of the dough sheet and spread it evenly with a brush. Sprinkle some chopped green onions. Sprinkle some bacon crumbles. Sprinkle mozzarella on top.

4. Roll up from one side and roll into a long strip. Pinch tightly at the end and roll evenly. Cut into small portions and place in baking pan, I used a jumbo cupcake baking pan. Cover and let it rise for about 40 minutes. After 40 minutes, brush some egg wash on the top. 180°C (355°F) bake for 18 minutes. It’s out of the oven, so tempting, it’s ready for dinner. Fluffy and soft and delicious.
