Making Black Sesame Cake | Delicious Black Sesame Jam

Black Sesame Seolgi

1. Sprinkle glutinous rice flour with black sesame

2. Strain through a sieve 2 times

3. Mix sugar

4. Put 1/2 of the mixed dough into the mold

5. Add black sesame jam for filling

6. Pour the rest of the dough into the mold

7. Place in steamer basket and place over pot of boiling water to steam for 20 minutes.

8. Mix black sesame powder with sugar and salt to cook porridge
