3. Add lemon juice and simmer until jam
Black Sesame Seolgi
1. Sprinkle glutinous rice flour with black sesame
2. Strain through a sieve 2 times
3. Mix sugar
4. Put 1/2 of the mixed dough into the mold
5. Add black sesame jam for filling
6. Pour the rest of the dough into the mold
7. Place in steamer basket and place over pot of boiling water to steam for 20 minutes.
