Blueberry Cookie Choux | Delicious

I made a purple choux that resembles fresh blueberries. Blueberry juice coloring is added to the cookies for a blueberry flavor, and the puree is added to the ice cream to form a blueberry-flavored choux. It is a cute dessert with beautiful color and delicious taste.
