Blueberry Cookie Choux | Delicious

I made a purple choux that resembles fresh blueberries. Blueberry juice coloring is added to the cookies for a blueberry flavor, and the puree is added to the ice cream to form a blueberry-flavored choux. It is a cute dessert with beautiful color and delicious taste.

30 g butter

38g sugar

38g soft flour

Blueberry juice & food coloring

27g butter

1g salt

30g water

30g milk

Soft flour 36g

55 g eggs

300g fresh cream + 120g blueberry puree

mint apple

1. Put the butter in a bowl and mix gently, then add the sugar and mix well.

2. Sift in flour and mix well, then add a little blueberry juice color and purple food coloring and mix well.

3. After flattening, put in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to harden.

4. Put the butter, salt, water and milk in a saucepan and bring to a boil until the butter is melted.

5. Sift the flour into the pot off the stove and mix well.

6. Heat the pot over low heat for about 1 minute until there is a film on the bottom.

7. Put the dough in a bowl, spread it out, let it cool, put the beaten eggs in 2 parts and mix well.

8. Put the dough in a piping bag, place in a baking tray, then top with cookie dough and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20-22 minutes.

9. Whip fresh cream about 50-60%, then add blueberry puree and beat to form blueberry cream.

10. Make a hole in the bottom of the cookie sheet and pour in the cream.

11. Garnish with blueberry, blueberry and apple mint ice cream.
