Making Strawberry Eclair | Strawberry Eclair Recipe

I made a strawberry ice cream cake with strawberry ice cream and it was beautifully decorated with strawberries and blueberries! Personally, I like whipped cream with custard and whipped cream, so I tried it with strawberries and it was delicious! I think it tastes better because it goes well with fruits like strawberries and blueberries. When baking eclairs, if you open the oven door before it’s finished baking, it may shrink, so be sure to open the door after baking.


♥ Ingredient

27g butter

30ml water

30ml milk

2g sugar

1g salt

Soft flour 36g

60g eggs

70g milk cream




Apple mint


1. Put water + milk + butter + salt + sugar in a pot and bring to a boil until the butter melts.

2. Sift in the soft flour, mix well and cook while stirring over low heat until a film forms on the bottom.

3. Add eggs, mix well and put in ice cream bag.

4. Put the cake in the pan, pour the water and bake in the preheated oven at 160 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.

5. Put custard cream, fresh milk cream and strawberries in a bowl, mix well and put in ice cream bag.

6. Make a hole in the back of the window and fill it with cream.

7. Garnish with whipped cream, strawberries, blueberries and mint apple.
