Garlic Cheese Bubble Bread Recipe | Roll Dinner

♥ Ingredient

250g all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon instant dry yeast

1 tablespoon sugar

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon garlic granules

1 tablespoon parsley

125 ml warm milk

1 egg beaten

3 tablespoons melted butter

1 cup or more grated cheese

♥ Recipe

1. Stir until smooth, about 5 minutes. Apply the mask for 60-90 minutes, on a workbench filled with flour. Cut into 24 pieces and form into balls

2. Flatten the dough and fill with grated cheese. I use Swiss cheese. Close the dough tightly and again. Place the dough balls on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and leave space between the balls.

3. Cover for 30 minutes, apply it Bake for 25 minutes in a preheated oven at 180°C. Ovens may vary. 4. Top with melted butter and parsley if desired.
