I have prepared a recipe for french fries. It’s really good as a snack or a drink.

500g potatoes
6 tablespoons corn starch
100g mozzarella cheese
0.25 teaspoon salt
Parsley
♥ Recipe
1. Cut the potatoes into 4 quarters. Add enough water to cover the potatoes. Boil for 15 minutes, cooked, discard the water. Divide the potatoes into 2 parts and strain through a sieve. I’ll even scrape the potatoes that hang underneath.
2. Chop the parsley, mix well. Stop when they come together, 6 tablespoons cornstarch, stick together. Put the dough in a plastic bag. Now, let’s knead the dough. Flatten the dough by rolling it out with a rolling pin
3. cut vinyl with scissors, cut to a certain size, when the oil heats up. Add flour and fry. Turn it over when it’s golden
4. Fry for a total of 5-6 minutes. When both sides are golden brown, take them out. Delicious fries here!
