Chocolate should be made with dark chocolate because it is less sweet and less bitter. Recommended 70% and all other chocolates marked. Do not use milk chocolate with a light color like Ghana Chocolate. You can also make it with milk chocolate, but the chocolate flavor is less intense and makes the macaroons much sweeter.
3 tablespoons butter 45g
2 tablespoons sugar 25g
1 egg 50g
3 tablespoons tapioca starch 24g
Dark Chocolate 70g You can easily know the weight by cutting along the lines marked on the chocolate.
1. Melt butter and dark chocolate in a bowl.
2. Add sugar and mix well.
3. Add eggs at room temperature and mix. If the eggs are cold, soak the eggs in hot water for 2-3 minutes and remove them to cool before using.
4. Sift flour and mix well.
5. Place in a microwaveable container or cup and reheat twice for 30 seconds. Eat while still warm will be moist and soft, eat when refrigerated will be soft.
