Unexpectedly, I craved cornbread so much that I made it for a weekend brunch. Tortillas are called bread, but it’s actually not what you think it is. Corn Flour 150g Corn Flour

80g sugar

80g corn kernels

25g mayonnaise

9g powdered sugar

♥ Recipe

1. I use unsweetened canned organic corn and add 80g of sugar. If you use sweet corn, reduce the sugar to 75g!
