Unexpectedly, I craved cornbread so much that I made it for a weekend brunch. Tortillas are called bread, but it’s actually not what you think it is. The texture is moister and softer than a cake, but lighter than a sponge cake. It has a texture in the middle, but if you make it according to this recipe, the taste will be delicious and very tasty. It’s delicious with soup for brunch, and with black tea is also delicious.

Corn Flour 150g Corn Flour
Butter 95g Unsalted Butter
Baking powder 10g
80g sugar
Salt 3g Salt
Milk 100g Milk
Grain corn 70g Sweet corn
1 egg
80g corn kernels
25g mayonnaise
9g powdered sugar
♥ Recipe
1. I use unsweetened canned organic corn and add 80g of sugar. If you use sweet corn, reduce the sugar to 75g!
2. I lower the preheated oven from 180 degrees to 170 degrees for 10 minutes and bake for another 15 minutes based on convection, hot oven or oven both recommend 10 degrees, but most importantly check the baking color.
3. Store at room temperature for 3 days or freeze at first, then defrost .
