Tart Recipe | Blueberry Cake Without Milk

♥ Ingredient

Cake 16 cm

50g coconut oil

30g powdered sugar

20g almond powder

105 g flour

35g of water

25g sugar

250g coconut milk

⅛ teaspoon blue spirulina

♥ Recipe

1. Apply water to the broken cake flour to fix it. Cut out unnecessary parts. Chill in the refrigerator for about 3 hours. Bake on a mesh silicone sheet. Because the dough has been well tempered, it can be baked like this. I am making coconut milk filling.

2. Bring to a boil. This is a kind of plant natural dyed spirulina. Dissolve in water and add to cream. Cool the ice cream to below 60℃. Spirulina will lose color if added while still hot. It flows in a 14 cm shape.

3. Cool ice cream well. Form the tart dough. Make blueberries. Use a low-sugar jam such as 60% fruit. I think it will taste good again. Spread with blueberry jam and flatten. It has the same color as the blue sky.

4. Finally, it’s time to decorate. I prepared a cream cake with seasonal fruits: blueberries, coconut and blueberries.
