This time, I made crispy and fragrant butter cookies. I have tried different ratios and baked in different ways, but the degree of baking is the most important. If grilled rare, it will be greasy and pale, but if grilled properly, it will be fragrant and very delicious. And when I only use powdered sugar, it’s disappointing that the texture is dull. I tried mixing it with sugar, and it was delicious with a crisp and clean feel.
♥ Ingredient
Total 20 cookies
Tapioca 1/2 cup 150g
Half cup of powdered sugar 50g
2 tablespoons sugar 20g
1 egg 50g
1/3 teaspoon salt 1g
Vanilla essence 1 teaspoon 1g
100g unsalted butter
Remove eggs from room temperature 30 minutes to 1 hour in advance
Butter at room temperature for 30 minutes
♥ Recipe
1. Prepare the butter and eggs so they don’t get cold.
2. Divide the egg into the butter two to three times so it doesn’t separate.
3. If you use the spatula too much when mixing, the texture will be hard.
4. Bake until the front and back of the cake are golden brown.
