How to make pavlova with seasonal peaches. Strawberries are standard, but I used seasonal peaches to make it Peshmelba style, so I hope you enjoy it.

Peach juice
Peach 2 pieces
Water 400ml
Sand sugar 90g
Proper amount of lemon juice
♥ Recipe
1. Bring all ingredients except peaches to a boil in a pot.
2. Peaches with seeds are put in boiling water and simmered on low heat for 10 to 15 minutes.
3. Transfer to a container and cool on ice. When making jelly from fruit juice, it consists of 2.5% gelatin compared to the water content.
Meringue flour 110℃
Egg white 80g
Sand sugar 90g
Cornstarch 15g
Lemon juice 15ml

1. When egg whites are foamy, add granulated sugar and beat 3-4 times.
2. Combine all the granulated sugar and add the lime juice when the shiny meringue is created.
3. Add the cornstarch to the meringue and mix gently so as not to burst the air bubbles.
4. Squeeze the meringue onto a baking tray and bake in the preheated oven for 90 to 120 minutes. After baking, let the cake rest in the oven until it cools completely.
