Matcha Ice Cream 400g
Matcha latte 50ml
50ml hot water
Gelatin powder 8g
1. Preparation: Put gelatin powder in hot water and stir until dissolved. Put the matcha cream in a bowl, put it in the microwave and rotate at 600W for about 1 minute until the cream is completely melted, add the prepared gelatin solution and mix well.
2. Add milk and matcha latte and mix well, add ice and mix until thickened.
3. Place in a bowl and refrigerate for at least 6 hours to harden.
4. When the mousse hardens, pour the cream on top.
