I made the popular marzipan with Valentine’s chocolate. It is very easy to make as it is mostly chocolate bars and pancake mix. It’s full of chocolate, moist and delicious. Paper molds are convenient because they cut neatly. We made the ever-popular marzipan. It can easily be made with a chocolate bar and hot cake mix.

Milk chocolate 100g
Dark Chocolate 100g
White sugar 60g
Hot cake mix 60g
Pistachios about 10 nuts
2 white chocolate pens
1. Chop chocolate, add butter, heat in 600w microwave for 1 minute and mix well while melting in a pot of hot water.
2. Divide the beaten eggs into 3 parts and mix well. If the eggs are cold, break them and warm them in a basin of hot water to about 40°C.
3. Add sugar and pancake mix each time, mix well. Bake in preheated oven at 160℃ for 16-20 minutes. Be careful not to overcook it, as it will dry out. The center part is soft enough.
4. When the heat is removed and the temperature is equal to body temperature, cut it into pieces and stab it with a wooden stick. When completely cooled, top with chocolate, pistachios, and freeze-dried raspberries and cover.
