Crepes Made From An Egg | Always Delicious

Chef Hiromaru’s nougat recipe. This is a beginner’s recipe book that moms and kids, grandma and grandkids can make together. Crepes made with an egg and omelette. Use lots of mascarpone and whipped cream to make a delicious roll.


♥ Ingredient

8 crepes

1 egg

10g granulated sugar

50g tapioca flour

10g corn oil

150ml milk

Cream cheese

Mascarpone 100g

30g granulated sugar

200ml thick cream

9 strawberries

♥ Recipe

1. Crack an egg into a bowl, add granulated sugar and mix well.

2. Sift flour and mix well, add salad oil and mix well, then add 3 parts milk and mix well.

4. When the tamagoyaki pan is heated to low heat, pour the batter into the ladle for about 8 minutes.

5. Cut the strawberries into 5mm squares.

6. Place mascarpone in a bowl, add granulated sugar and whipped cream, beat with a whisk for 8 minutes.

7. Spread about 1/8 of the whipped cream over the toasted crepes, place the strawberries on top and roll up.

8. Spread fresh cream on each crepe and roll it up, when all the cakes are done, cover with cling film and place in the fridge overnight.

9. After removing from the refrigerator, cut with a knife that has been warmed with hot water about 40℃.
