10g ground almonds

8 g cocoa powder
2g baking powder
100g sweet chocolate
10 g vegetable oil

♥ Recipe
1. Add powdered sugar to unsalted butter and mix well. Sift the cake flour, ground almonds, baking powder and cocoa powder.
2. Beat half of the egg and mix until smooth. Add the rest of the mixture and mix.
3. Pour the dough into a cookie sheet lined pan and bake in a preheated oven at 170°C (350°F) for 20-25 minutes.
4. Remove the cake from the stove, cut off the puffed dough and cut it in half.
5. Melt the sweet chocolate in a pan of boiling water, add vegetable oil and mix well.
6. Spread the chocolate mixture described in section ⑤ on the cocoa flavored sponge cake and stick the regular flavored sponge cake layer on top of the cocoa flavored sponge cake.
7. Pour chocolate from on top of the cake and decorate with pistachios to complete the cake
