Caramel

1 tablespoon water

■ Recipe

1.Make caramel. Place the water and granulated sugar in a small saucepan over medium heat until it turns caramel color.

2. Turn off the heat and add water to loosen the caramel. Pour caramel into the mold.

3. Make the pudding liquid. Pour the milk into the pan you have caramelized and heat until the caramel is melted.

4. Add 1 egg yolk to 3 eggs and mix well until there are no white lumps left. Add granulated sugar and mix.

5. Add warm milk and mix well.

7. Add 1 egg yolk and mix on low speed until smooth.
