NO OVEN & EGGLESS l Perfect for Beginners | Super Easy Peanut Butter Bread Rolls

Today I’ll be sharing with you a very delicious bread roll. No oven needed, the outside is crispy and the inside is soft. It’s very easy to make and super delicious!

[ Ingredients]

Warm milk 120m

White sugar 12g(1tbsp)

Active dry yeast 2g(3/4tsp)

Melted unsalted butter 15g(1tbsp)

All-purpose or bread flour 200g(1 1/3cups)

Salt 1.5g(1/4tsp)

Peanut butter

[ Recipe]

1. 120ml warm milk, 12g white sugar, 2g Active dry yeast. Mix well, 200g flour, 1.5g salt. Mix with a silicone spatula until there is no more dry flour. Microwave unsalted butter for 15 seconds

2. Knead the butter into the dough, it takes about two to three minutes. Transfer the dough onto aboard. Cover and rest for 10 minutes.

3. Knead the dough until the surface is smooth, it’s very easy. Roll the dough, flatten the dough. Put oil on the board or sprinkle some flour, roll out the dough, roll the dough into a rectangle. The size of the dough is about 18 x 35cm. Spread a layer of peanut butter on the dough. You can substitute peanut butter with jam or something if you don’t like peanut butter.

4. Flatten the end of the dough. Roll starting from the short end. Divide into 12 equal parts, each piece is about 1.5cm in width. Use a clean string to cut the dough like this. If you use a knife to cut it, the. shape will change. But if you use a string, it’ll stay the same.

5. Place on a baking pan. Cover and rise for 1 hour. 1 hour later. Brush oil in a pan. Fry on medium-low heat. Cover and fry for 2 minutes, flip over after 2 minutes. Press on the rolls lightly. Cover and fry for another 2 minutes. Done!
