Grilled Rice Ball | Making Grilled Rice Ball Simple at Home

I made grilled rice balls with teriyaki sauce. Baked rice mixed with bacon, which is delicious to eat as it is, rolled up into triangles and baked. The sweet and salty teriyaki sauce further enhances the taste. When baking rice balls, you can bake them more crispy according to your taste. I stir-fried bacon with vegetables, and I think the ingredients can be used in a variety of ways, such as tuna, kimchi, corn, and so on.

[ Ingredients]

1/2 Onion

A little bit of carrot

1 Chili pepper

110g Bacon

Salt, Pepper

400g Rice

1/2T Soy sauce

1/2t Sugar

1t Water

1t Cooking wine

Dried Seaweed

1. Chop the onion, carrot, and green pepper and cut the bacon into small pieces.

2. Put bacon in a frying pan and fry until golden brown, then add onion, carrot, and chopped green pepper and stir-fry.

3. Add salt and pepper, stir-fry until golden, and place in a bowl.

4. Add rice and knead to form a triangle shape.

5. Add soy sauce, sugar, water, and cooking wine and mix to make teriyaki sauce.

6. Grease a frying pan with oil and cook the rice over low heat until golden brown. Coat with teriyaki sauce and cook while turning.
