1. 1 egg, remove the piece of shell, salt to taste, black pepper, green onion or parsley. Mix well. Medium-low heat, olive oil or butter, pour the egg into the pan. 1 tortilla (13cm), flip over, mozzarella cheese, sliced tomatoes, sprinkle some more mozzarella cheese, 1 tortilla (13cm). Use a plate to flip over. Done!
2. 1 egg, salt, black pepper, green onion or parsley, 1 tortilla (13cm), flip over, mozzarella cheese, 1 slice of ham, more mozzarella cheese. Place another tortilla on top, flip over with a plate. Looks super delicious! Done! This is perfect for breakfast or any time of day!
