Make this if you have strawberries and yogurt! No baking and no eggs! Very easy and delicious!
300ml (1+1/4cups) Milk
100g (1/2cup) Sugar
7g (1pack) Gelatine
200g (1cup) Plain yogurt
1. Prepare some washed strawberries, cut some strawberry slices first. Then dice the rest of the strawberries, 300 ml (1+1/4 cups) milk, 100 grams (1/2 cup) sugar, 7 gram (1 packet) Giletine. Mix well. Heat on low heat. Continue stirring to melt the gelatin, then take it off the heat and let it cool.
2. 200 grams (1 cup) plain yogurt, reduce the amount of sugar if using sweetened yogurt. Mix well. Prepare a large bowl, drop a little oil and wipe with kitchen paper. Put a layer of sliced strawberries inside.
3. Pour in about 1/3 of the yogurt mixture. Pour the diced .strawberries, into the rest of the yogurt mixture. Mix well. Then add it to the large bowl.
4. Put it in the refrigerator at least for 4 hours, or freeze it for 4 hours if you want to eat ice cream. Take out after 4 hours, cover the pan and invert to unmold. What a beautiful strawberry jelly cake.
