200 g potatoes (peeled weight)
100 g onion
50g tapioca starch (or cornstarch if not)
2g baking powder
a little salt
1. Potato (peeled weight 200g), peel it off. Cut into small pieces, water, ripe potatoes. Shake off the water, in the blender 100g onion, likewise cut into small pieces, 50g water, grind it fine, healthy onions and potatoes.
2. Pour into a large bowl, 50g tapioca starch (cornstarch if not), 2g baking powder, a little salt. Mix so that there are no lumps. If it is too thin, add 10g more starch.
