1. 2 chicken breasts (300g), cut long, then cut into small pieces, hit it with a back of a knife, 1.5 tsp salt, 1 tsp sugar, 1 tsp red pepper powder, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp onion powder, 0.5 tsp pepper, 1 egg. Mix well. Cover well with a lid or wrap, 2 hours in the refrigerator, already 2 hours later. It is important that the chicken is well seasoned.
2. 110g cake flour (or all-purpose flour), 55g corn starch, 1 tsp red pepper powder, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp onion powder, mix well. Pour cold water into an empty bowl, now take one out. Put it on the secret powder, after lightly coating. Sift the flour through a sieve.
