250 g of cream cheese like Philadelphia or Mascarpone
400 ml of pre-sweetened whipping cream
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour
RECIPE 🔻
1. 250 g of cream cheese like Philadelphia, 400 pre-sweetened whipping cream, 125 g of pineapple yogurt. We put the cream in sac a poche.
2. 320 g of pineapple in syrup, 18 pieces of ladyfingers, 250 ml of pineapple syrup, pineapple cut into cubes. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
