Fluffy & Soft Sugar Butter Cheese Bread Recipe | Bite Mini Cheese Bread | It Quickly Disappears Due To Its Cuteness

I made a cute mini bread that is soft on the outside, chewy on the inside, and fits in one bite. Cheese is put in the bread to make it chewy, It is savory and sweet with butter and sugar on the outside. If you pick one up and eat it, it quickly disappears due to its cuteness.

200g Bread flour

30g (3Tbsp) Sugar

3g (1tsp) Salt

4g (0.7Tbsp) Instant dry yeast

20g (2.5Tbsp) Melted unsalted butter

130ml Warm milk

Mozzarella cheese

Cheddar Cheese (optional)

Egg wash

📢 Recipe

1. 200g Bread flour, 4g (0.7Tbsp Instant dry yeast, 30g (3Tbsp) Sugar, 3g (1tsp) Salt. Coat each ingredient in flour, mix it all together, 130ml Warm milk, add milk and knead. If the dough is kneaded without raw flour, 20g (2.5Tbsp) Melted unsalted butter, add butter and beat. If the butter soaks in and the dough becomes smooth. Ferment in a warm place to 2-3 times the size (35℃~36℃).

2. 1 hour later, after removing all the gas from the dough, divide into 3 equal parts. Divide again into 10 equal parts (30 in total), then fold the dough inside, make the edges thinner, mozzarella cheese. Wrap the cheese to make it look like candy, cheddar Cheese. Ferment again to double the size (20-30 minutes).

3. Egg wash. After moving to an oven preheated to 170°C (338°F). Bake at 170°C (338°F) for 15 minutes (may vary depending on oven specifications). 20g (2.5Tbsp) Melted unsalted butter, spread melted butter while hot.
