The cookie dough is baked in a skillet pan without forming a separate shape, so it is different and warm, so the texture is moist and soft. The dough is really simple, so you can make it quickly, and it’s more convenient because you don’t need a separate tissue paper. Since the cookies are in a warm state, if you put chocolate on top, it will melt naturally, so I decorated it with two kinds of chocolate. Mixing two types of chocolate is fun, and adding a lot of chocolate gives it a richer flavor.
