1. 120g Warm milk, 3g (1.5tsp) Instant dry yeast, 30g (3Tbsp) Sugar. Dissolve yeast and sugar in milk, 200g Bread flour, 3g (1tsp) Salt. Coat the flour with salt. Mix all.

2. If the dough is moist without raw flour, 30g Room temperature unsalted butter, add butter at the end and knead. If the dough is smooth, ferment in a warm place to 2-3 times the size (35~36℃).

3. 52g, 3 Egg yolks, 60g (6Tbsp) Sugar, 25g (2.5Tbsp) Starch powder, 250g Milk, 5g (2tsp) Vanilla oil. After mixing all ingredients well, stir slowly over low heat. When lumps form, turn off the stove, keep stirring to make it soft. When you stir, the lumps disappear and a soft cream is completed.

4. Let cool for a while, if the cooled custard cream is hardened. Blend gently with a blender, prepared in a piping bag. Orange, cut the oranges and prepare 5 slices, diameter 6-7cm.
