The Perfect Vietnamese Baguette By Hand For Beginner Without Robot | Very Easy To Make

200g of T45 flour

130ml of lukewarm water (more or less there are flours that absorb more than others if you notice that the dough is hard add a little water)

3g dehydrated baker’s yeast

2g powdered sugar

2g salt

1 tsp olive oil


1. 200g of flour, 2g of caster sugar,3g of dehydrated baker’s yeast, 2g of salt, 130ml of lukewarm water, mix all the ingredients well, cover and leave rest for 15 min.

2. Then you add 1 tsp of olive oil, knead the dough for about 5 min as shown in the video, oil the work surface a little and continue to knead forming a ball, cover and let it rise for 30 min to 45 min it must double in volume, cover and let stand 5 min.

3. preheat the oven to 220 °C (without the fan) with an empty container, make notches then spray with a little water put the baguettes in the oven , pour hot water in the recipient, cook for 15 to 20 minutes to watch of course, spray the oven with a little water and close immediately.
