Have You Ever Made a Dessert Like This? | Easy, Delicious, Fresh and Fragrant | Pineapple Pudding Pie

Hello everyone, this time I made a simple dessert that is easy, delicious, fresh and fragrant.

Ingredients

500 grams of pineapple that has been peeled and cleaned. (choose ripe yellow pineapple with sweet and sour taste)

150-180 grams sugar (10-12 tbsp)

650 ml of water.

150 grams of cornstarch.

* add a little salt if you like to balance the taste

250 grams of all-purpose flour (25 tbsp)

1 teaspoon baking powder

27 grams of powdered milk (3 tbsp)

90 grams unsalted butter (6 tbsp)

90 grams/ml water.

1 teaspoon salt (can be reduced if using salted butter).

50 grams of sugar (+-3 tbsp).

*To brush 1-2 egg yolks or a substitute if you are allergic to eggs.

Recipe

1. 500 grams of Pineapple, 650 ml of water, 150-180 grams of sugar, 150 grams of corn flour. Medium to low fire, Keep stirring, Taste test “sour and sweet….nyumm”. Set aside and cover so it doesn’t dry out.

2. 90 ml/gram water, 50 grams of sugar, 1 teaspoon salt. Dissolve all, 250 grams of all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon of baking powder, 27 grams of powdered milk, 90 grams of unsalted butter. Pour Gradually the liquid ingredients. Leave 15 minutes.

3. Baking size 22x22x3 cm (grease with butter), Divide the dough into 2 parts. Roll it into a square, pineapple filling. Roll out the 2nd dough. Seal the sides of the dough, make holes with a fork. Brush with egg yolk or egg yolk substitute. Bake at 170-180 °C for +-45 minutes (according to your oven). Let cool at room temperature. Cut into pieces, once completely cooled.
