Best 4 Flavor Pizza Recipe | Bulgogi, Shrimp, Hawaiian, Pepperoni Pizza | Sweet Potato Mousse

+ 240g Boiled sweet potato

+ 16g Room temperature unsalted butter

+ 40g(5Tbsp) Milk

+ 16g(1Tbsp) Honey

+ 1 pinch Salt

▶Recipe

1. 100ml warm water, 3g (0.5Tbsp) Instant dry yeast, 2g (0.7tsp) Sugar. After dissolving the yeast in water, 160g Bread flour, 2g (0.7tsp) Salt. Coat the flour with salt.

2. After kneading with your hands, if the dough is moist, 8g (1Tbsp) Olive oil, add olive oil and knead. Then make the dough smooth. Ferment in a warm place to 2-3 times the size (35℃~36℃).
