▶Recipe

1. 75 grams of all-purpose flour, 37 grams of cornstarch, 37 grams of rice flour, 50 grams of sugar, 1 medium egg (50 grams), 1/4 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla powder, 92.5 grams of milk (90 ml). Mix well, until the sugar dissolves.

2. 1 and 1/2 tablespoons vegetable oil. Mix well. Small fire, until hot enough. Create abstract motifs. Let the imagination run wild.

3. Roll. Most crunchy served warm, or. if you want to keep it longer, dry it in the oven on a low temperature (90-100 °C for 30-60 minutes). This is the result that was dried in the oven. Can last a month if stored in an airtight container.
