How to Make Cabbage More Delicious | Stir-fry Cabbage Noodles | Easy Recipe

If you buy one cabbage, you can’t eat it all because it’s too big. So, leftover cabbage is often left in the refrigerator for a long time. There are many different ways to eat cabbage. It is really delicious if you stir-fry it with glass noodles. You can also eat it with rice.

✤ Ingredients

200g Cabbage (1/4 small)

153g, 3 Eggs (medium size)

2 Pinches of salt

70g Glass noodles (rice noodles available/boiling time varies)

40g Green onion

Spring onion (optional)

✤ Seasoning

40g (5Tbsp) Soy sauce

24g (1.5Tbsp) Honey

8g (1Tbsp) Sesame oil

4g (1Tbsp) Roasted sesame seeds

✤ Recipe

1. 200g Cabbage, cut the cabbage into 0.5-1cm intervals, 40g Green onion, 70g Carrots, Spring onion (optional). 153g, 3 Eggs, 2 Pinches of salt , 70g Glass noddles (rice noodles available).
