56g (3.5Tbsp) Starch syrup (or honey)

16g (1.5Tbsp) Soy Sauce

7g (0.5Tbsp) Oyster sauce

1. 350g Chicken breast, cut the chicken breast into bite-size pieces. 9g (0.5Tbsp) Minced garlic, 2g (0.7tsp) Salt, 0.5tsp Pepper powder, 10g (1Tbsp) Corn Starch (Flour Available), 40g (4Tbsp) All-purpose flour, 48g (6Tbsp) Milk. After mixing all ingredients well, marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

2. Instant Ramen Noodles, put the ramen in a bag and crush it finely. 30 minutes later, put the already delicious ramen on the chicken. Add chicken to preheated oil and fry. Fry until light brown. It gets crispier as it cools, so let it cool completely.

3. 15g (1.5Tbsp) Sugar, 16g (1.5Tbsp) Soy sauce, 7g (0.5Tbsp) Oyster sauce, 7 g (0.5Tbsp) Ketchup, 56g (3.5Tbsp) Starch syrup (or honey). Make basic seasoning.
