My family asks for to make this recipe every week! Just mix bananas and flour! Very easy and delicious!

120g (1/2 cup) Unsalted butter
60g (1/4 cup) Brown sugar
2 Eggs
260g (2 pcs) Bananas
150g (1 cup) All-purpose flour/Wheat flour
3g (1/2 tsp) Baking powder
1.5g (1/4 tsp) Baking soda
70g (1/4 cup) Pecans/Nuts
* Mold size: 23x13cm
* 170°C (340°F) bake for 50 minutes
📢 Recipe
1. 120 grams (1/2 cup) unsalted butter, 60 grams (1/4 cup) brown sugar. Stir well.
2. Use an electric whisk to fluff up the butter, if you don’t have an electric whisk you can omit this step. Add 2 eggs, add them one by one. Add the second egg after mixing first egg completely .
3. 260 grams (2) bananas, bananas can be used 2 large or 3 small, press the bananas with a fork to puree them. Pour the banana puree into the mixture, mix well. 150 grams (1 cup) all-purpose flour/wheat flour, 3 grams (1/2 teaspoon) baking powder, 1.5 grams (1/4 teaspoon) baking soda. Sift the powder in together, mix well.
4. 70 grams (1/4 cup) pecans/nuts , suggest using your favorite nuts. Mix well.
5. Mould size: 23x13cm, greased with unsalted butter, pour in the mixed batter. Use a spatula to smooth it out. Top with pecans for decoration, or without anything. Bake at 170°C (340°F) for 50 minutes. Out of the oven, it’s delicious! I recommend to keep it cool and seal it at room temperature for a day before eating it, it will taste better!
