3/4 tsp baking soda (baking soda)

60 grams sugar (4 tbsp)

1 tsp vanilla or 1/2 tsp vanilla powder

15 ml water (1 tbsp)

20 ml vegetable oil or cooking oil (1 and 1/2 tbsp)

200 grams of all-purpose flour


1. 1 medium egg, 60 grams of sugar (4 tbsp), 15 ml of water (1 tbsp), 1 & 1/2 Tbsp Cooking Oil (20 ml), 1/2 tsp salt, 3/4 tsp Baking soda, 1 tsp vanilla. Stir until sugar is dissolved.
