Hello everyone, this time I made a quick and easy simple meal and snack. Cheap street food which has been trending since years ago in my country, it is very much liked because of its crunchy texture like the famous fried chicken. In addition to eggs, we usually use bananas, tofu, tempeh or chicken.
2 large eggs
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp Broth powder.
250 grams of all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 tsp baking powder
1 tsp broth powder
1. 2 large eggs, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp Broth powder, 1-2 tbsp cooking oil, 250 grams of All-purpose flour, 1/2 tsp salt, 3/4 tsp baking powder, 1 tsp broth powder, 3-4 tablespoons of flour, Pour enough water (4-6 tbsp).
2. Dip in wet ingredients.Coat with flour without pressing. Repeat one more time if necessary. Bury in flour while turning repeatedly gently without pressure.
3. That’s enough, fry immediately for crispy results (don’t wait too long). Deep Frying at an initial temperature of 180-190 °C. Then fry on medium to low heat, until golden brown.
