2 minutes to prepare! You’ll thank me for sharing such an easy recipe! No oven required, no hands touching.
300g (2 cups) All-purpose/wheat flour
12g (1 tbsp) Sugar
200g (0.85 cup) Water
3g (1 tsp) Instant yeast
3g (1/2 tsp) Salt
Chopped green onion
1. 1 egg, 12 grams (1 tablespoon) of sugar, 200 grams (0.85 cup) water, 3 grams (1 teaspoon) instant yeast. Mix well , 300 grams (2 cups) all-purpose flour/wheat flour, 3 grams (1/2 teaspoon) salt. Stir well, no flour is visible. Cover and let it rise for about 1 hour.
2. Prepare some scallions, put more if you like, stir well, stirring the dough to get the air out of the dough. Pour some cooking oil into the pan and brush evenly with a brush. Pour in the dough, spread flat. Cover and let it rise for about 30 minutes.
3. After 30 minutes, sprinkle some sesame seeds on the top. You can omit it if you don’t have. Heat on low heat all the way through, cooking for about 10 minutes per side. After 10 minutes, turn it over, such an amazing color. Cover and continue to cook for another 10 minutes. Turn over after 10 minutes, this side is also cooked until golden brown.
4. If the edges spring back quickly when pressed with a spatula, they are done. It’s ready, can’t wait to eat it! Cut and enjoy, very fluffy with a crispy surface!
