2 sachets of chocolatos

1-2 tablespoons flour (the more thick it is)

1 tablespoon sugar

125 ml of water / liquid milk

1 tablespoon unsalted butter (can be replaced with saltier margarine)

1 teaspoon instant yeast

2 tablespoons granulated sugar

1. Make bread filling jam, 2 sachets of chocolatos chocolate drink, 125 ml of milk, 2 tablespoons of flour, 1 tablespoon sugar. Stir until nothing is crumbly. After no one is crumbly, turn on the stove (over low heat), 1 tablespoon unsalted butter (can be replaced with margarine). Stir until thickened (keep on low heat). 2. Make bread dough, 200 Gram (20 tablespoons) Medium protein flour, 1 teaspoon instant yeast, 2 tablespoons sugar, 1 egg yolk, 110 ml of milk. Knead until it is half smooth, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1.5 tablespoons butter. Knead until smooth (+ – 10 minutes).

3. Divide into 6 parts (according to taste), round the shape. Rest for 10 minutes, runs over and fill with chocolatos jam, pinch and close so it doesn’t leak. Let it rise + – 60 minutes. Heat the teflon over low heat + – 2 minutes.

4. Bake the bread dough on the teflon over low heat. Bake + – 5 minutes (low heat). Return with care. Bake again + – 5 minutes (keep low heat). Remove then chill. Ready to be served.
