Only 3 ingredients can make a delicious chocolate cake rich in fiber, without a baking soda. First making chocolate cake using coconut milk turns out to be good.
250 grams of instant oatmeal (I use red wrap Quaker)
400 ml Coconut Cream
200 grams of sweet dark chocolate
80 gr sweet dark chocolate
50 ml of hot coconut cream
+ sweet dark chocolate for sprinkling
1. 200 grams of sweet dark chocolate, 400 ml Coconut Cream (can be replaced with “heavy cream” or milk). Cook until hot (not boiling), pour into chopped chocolate. Leave it for 2 minutes until it melts. Stir well.
2. 250 Grams of Instant OATMEAL, add the OATMEAL to the chocolate mixture while the chocolate is still warm. Stir well until the oatmeal is soft. Line a baking sheet (15CM diameter) with parchment paper. Grease with oil or margarine. Pour the mixture into the pan then, compact it.
3. Once cool, cover with plastic wrap, store in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
4. Make “Chocolate Ganache”.80 grams of sweet dark chocolate, 50 grams of hot coconut cream. Allow 2 minutes later, stir. Pour over the surface of the cake, then flatten. Place in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. Give topping according to taste. OATMEAL chocolate cake is ready to serve.
