I can”t stop eating when I make it! New fast and easy dessert you can make without an oven! Chocolate Coconut Bars.

80ml (1/3 cup) Milk
75g (6 tbsp) Sugar
110g (1/2 cup) Unsalted butter
200g (2 cups) Unsweeted shredded coconut
150g (1 cup) Chocolate chips
30g (2 tbsp) Coconut oil
* Mold size : 20x20cm

1. 80 ml (1/3 cup) milk, 75 grams (6 tablespoons) sugar, 110 grams (1/2 cup) unsalted butter. Heat on low heat, stir to melt butter. Melt the butter then take it off the heat, 200 grams (2 cups) unsweetened shredded coconut. Mix well.
2. Pour the mixture into a mold lined with parchment paper, the size of the mold is 20x20cm, flatten with a spatula. Freeze for about 1 hour. Take out after 1 hour and cut into small pieces.
3. 150 grams (1 cup) of chocolate, 30 grams (2 tablespoons) coconut oil, if you don’t have coconut oil, you can omit it. Melt over hot water, melt well and take out. Take a piece of coconut bar and drizzle chocolate on top, put it on the parchment paper when it’s done. Make all the coconut chocolate bars in turn.
4. Chill in the refrigerator for about 1 hour. Once chilled, take it out and enjoy!
