70g unsalted butter

40g powdered sugar

90g flour

*Microwave 3 mins

2 egg yolks

10g cornstarch or potato starch

10g flour

200g milk

*Microwave 2 mins + 30 seconds + 30 seconds + 30 seconds

80g whipping cream

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

120g whipping cream

1. Use a 21cm baking dish, buttered is for sticking the baking paper. Soften butter in microwave, add powdered sugar and mix, add cake flour. Wrap the spoon to prevent the dough from sticking.
