I made onion soup where you can feel the natural sweetness of onions. The sweetness of onion soaks in the baguette moistly. The taste of melted cheese goes well together, so it’s really delicious. It’s a flavor the whole family loves. You can make a lot of caramel onion and keep it in the freezer for later.

📢 Recipe
1. 934 g, 4 Onions, slice the onion as thinly as possible. 24g(3Tbsp) Olive oil, 20g (2Tbsp).
2. Unsalted butter, add chopped onion, 3g (1tsp) Salt, add salt and fry. When the moisture starts to come out, close the lid and cook for a while (medium heat). Now stir-fry over medium heat to remove moisture, moisture is escaping and turning brown, saute until caramelized onion.
3. 9g(0.5 Tbsp) Minced garlic, 10g (1Tbsp) Flour, 700ml Water, 20g (1.5Tbsp) Chicken stock. Close the lid and cook on low heat for 10 to 15 minutes. It is just enough that it is not too thin or too thick.
4. Baguette, cut the baguette to serve with, 30g (3Tbsp) Olive oil, 10g (1Tbsp) Unsalted butter. Apply oil to the bread on the front and back, bread is toasted on both sides.
5. Put the onion soup in a bowl, gruyère cheese (can be substituted with other cheeses such as gouda, shredded, etc.), toasted baguette. Cover again with cheese.
6. After moving to an oven preheated to 180°C (356°F). Melt the cheese at 180°C (356°F) for 5 minutes. Alternatively, you can melt the cheese in the microwave. Parsley, shocking encounter of onion and baguette, captivated the moment you eat it.
