Rusk | 3 Ingredients | Quick and Easy Bread Rusk Homemade Recipe

I made rusk, a snack that can be made quickly and easily with white bread. I used whole bread and made it into a triangular roof shape, and I think it has a cute and new feel. Bake in the oven instead of in a pan, so it’s good because it’s baked well so it doesn’t burn evenly. Coat with sugar evenly and shake well without lumps before baking to ensure a uniform color. I think it’s good to pick one up when going out and share it with friends.



Melted unsalted butter



1. Cut the toasted part of the bread and cut it into a triangle shape.

2. Spread the melted unsalted butter evenly, sprinkle with sugar, and bake on the oven pan for 15 minutes at 180 degrees.

(If you want the color to be evenly distributed, bake for 7-8 minutes, then take it out, turn it over, and bake again – you can omit it)

* Sugar should be spread evenly so that it does not clump.
