(2 Ingredients) Crispy Shrimp Chips | Easy Snacks Recipe

Crispy chips. Ingredients are simple but really tasty, good shrimp taste. Have it when your mouth is bored.


Shrimp (100g peeled weight)

200g tapioca starch

80g water

6g salt

*After the oil is hot, add the shrimp chips (about 180℃)


1. Shrimp (100g peeled weight), peel the shrimp. 100g of shrimp meat is enough, 80g water, 6g salt. Grind it finely with a blender. Quickly Minced Shrimp, 200g tapioca starch, then mix with a spatula.

2. Knead by hand. Now I’m going to lengthen the dough, cut in half. I’ll beat it with my hand to flatten it a bit, cut it to the right size, put in boiling water. Stir gently to avoid sticking to the bottom of the pot. I’ll boil it for about 10 minutes until the dough is fully cooked. Put it on a cooling grid, dry at room temperature for 5 hours.

3. 5 hours later. It’s not hard, it’s moderately soft. I will cut it as thin as possible. The thinner it is, the higher the success rate. Put it on a cooling rack. Let it dry overnight.

4. Next morning. Dried well while sleeping, now i have to fry. Put it in hot oil (about 180℃). Take out the fried shrimp right away so that they don’t burn, it’s really fun. Place the remaining shrimp tempura in a plastic bag. I have to take it out and fry it whenever i want to eat it. It’s awesome.
