I made cute cookies with marshmallows in them. Adding couverture chocolate chips to the dough makes the chocolate taste stronger, if eaten with sweet marshmallows, the taste of s’mores will be clearly felt. After baking the cookies, I took them out of the oven and while they were still hot I put a variety of cute chocolates on top for garnish, but the cookies were so hot that the chocolate melted instantly. Garnish and let cool completely before serving. It contains marshmallows, so you must store them at room temperature to keep the marshmallows.
130g unsalted butter
100g brown sugar
3g vanilla extract
220g soft flour
4g baking powder
2g baking salt
60 g chocolate chips
1. Soften unsalted butter that has softened at room temperature, add brown sugar and salt, mix well, then add cooled eggs and vanilla extract and mix well.
2. Sift flour, baking powder and baking soda, mix gently, add chocolate chips, mix until no longer see powder, cover with cling film and refrigerate for about an hour.
3. Take about 60g of dough, roll into a circle, put frozen marshmallow in the middle, wrap it around, put in a baking tray, freeze for about 10 minutes and then bake in the oven. Preheat to 180 degrees for about 13 minutes.
4. While the cake is still hot, decorate the cake with Malteser cake, Kit Kat cake and chocolate.
