Only 3 Ingredients | Make A Mango White Chocolate Mousse

I make a mango white chocolate mousse with 3 simple ingredients. I made it by blending mangoes and putting them in whipped cream mixed with white chocolate, but I was surprised that it was really delicious without any other ingredients! I like the taste of white chocolate so the mousse is luxurious, soft, just enough sweetness from chocolate and mango without adding sugar. I put raw mango on top of the mousse, it looks much better in color and taste. It’s made in the box, so if you harden it in the fridge without the gelatin, it would be great if you had a very soft mousse. I use about 2 fresh mangoes, but I think using frozen mangoes is fine.

Ingredient

250g fresh cream

100g melted white chocolate

200g mango

Recipe

1. Puree the mango in a blender.

2. Whip the whipped cream about 50%, add a little melted white chocolate, mix well, then put the mixture in a bowl of whipped cream and mix well.

3. Add the mashed mango, mix well, pour into the mold, press flat and refrigerate for about 3 hours.

4. Garnish with grated mango and whipped cream.
