Ingredient
2 egg yolks
2g vanilla extract
50g Dark Coverture Chocolate
50g hot milk
40g soft flour
10g cocoa powder
1g baking powder
2 egg whites
50g sugar
2g gelatin + 10g water
150g cream cheese
20g sugar
2g vanilla extract
120g fresh cream
5 Oreos
50g Dark Coverture Chocolate
40g fresh cream
10g unsalted butter

1. Add vanilla extract to egg yolks and mix well.
2. Add melted dark chocolate and hot milk (about 60 degrees) and mix well.
3. Sift flour, cocoa powder and baking powder, mix well and leave for a while.
4. Divide 3 parts sugar into egg whites and make meringues.
5. Add 1/3 of the meringue to the chocolate mixture and mix well, then add the remaining 1/2 of the meringue and mix gently.
6. Pour the chocolate mixture into the meringue bowl and mix well.
7. Pour into 15cm baking pan, bake in 170 degree oven for 27 minutes and let cool completely.
Oreo cookie dough
8. Add water to the gelatin powder and let it sit for about 10 minutes.
9. Add sugar and vanilla extract to the preheated cream cheese in the microwave for about 20 seconds and mix well.
10. Heat the soaked gelatin in the microwave for about 15 seconds to melt, then add to the cheesecake batter and mix well.
11. Whip about 50% whipped cream and mix well.
12. Cut the Oreos with a knife and mix them into the cheesecake dough.
13. Wrap the mousse around the cake to secure and then pour in the cheesecake batter.
14. Flatten and harden in the refrigerator for about 3 hours.
15. Put the whipped cream into the dark chocolate, melt in the microwave for about 30 seconds, mix well, let it cool and then pour it over the cake.
16. Flatten, garnish with Oreos and refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
